MSME Registration


1. What is the use of MSME registration?

To support and promote MSMEs, the Government of India through varioussubsidies, schemes and incentives promote MSMEs through the MSMED Act. To avail the benefits under the MSMED Act from Central or State Government and the Banking Sector, MSME Registration is required.

2. What are the documents required for MSME registration?

Documents Required for MSME Registration : -
  1. Business Address Proof.
  2. Copies of Sale Bill and Purchase Bill.
  3. Partnership Deed/ MoA and AoA.
  4. Copy of Licenses and Bills of Machinery Purchased.

3. Is MSME registration mandatory?

The Government also provides subsidies and incentives to industries coming under MSMED Act. To subscribe under MSME, a registration procedure is compulsory. Apart from the micro, small and medium level enterprises, proprietorship firms, LLPs, public and private limited companies can also register underMSME.
